I was actually a little surprised by performance today. I had the same number of reps as 2 weeks ago, however over 60 seconds less to complete. Over the weekend, I attended 2 professional baseball games which meant a lot of sitting plus an hour in the car each way. I thought I'd be stiff as well as tired (going to baseball games with a 10 and 8 year old is exhausting). That was not the case today.
I also noticed that the time it took to get down my HR was a lot quicker as well.
