Giant 2.0 is in the books. I am absolutely in love with the ladder protocol and it helped to curb fatigue. Now onto the Strength-Endurance block of King Size Killer 1.0 for 3 weeks. Haven't decided if I'll do the 3 weeks endurance block after that or go to Giant 1.1. I'll see how I feel.

I had the same experience moving up in weight with the BP that I have had with the TGU. The tension in the body increases and your groove improves. The 28kg oddly felt easier than the 24kg because of that fact.

Relatively high PRE today despite not being able to progress. Even though my schedule was pretty full over the weekend, it did not involve much physical activity.

Really happy with today's results. 7 weeks ago, I could only tolerate 32kg snatches for 3 reps before my power went down. I had a few reps more in me, but the power wouldn't have been there.

I am also happy that I was able to get 7 SOLID reps with the 28kgs DCL+MP. Onward to Giant 1.1 with the 24s.
