so far, 2 weeks into Phase 2, my NL have gone from 344 to 354.

3 rung ladders today. I feel like I'm topping out at 60 reps for these grind days. The progress comes from the time to complete the session. I managed 60 reps in 2.5 minutes LESS today.

Reps are up from 354 to 366 this weeks. my hands are still very thankful for the drop in weight with the snatch while maintaining the PRE.

Again, the beauty of progress and Auto-regulation. I mentally planned for an easy session and kept the PRE lower around 7.5 and my HR monitor indicated as much with lower average and MAX HR readings. However, given that I did not go all out, I still managed to achieve a personal best with the NLs. Boom.

highest rep rung of the program! Managed 2.5 ladders. my PRE was pushing near 10 on the C+P, and this was with way more rest than I usually give.

I haven’t done todays snatches or totaled volume but i was wore out this week. I’m sure it doesn’t help that my run/bike commuting has resumed and they both fall on training days. Running after snatching was rough.

It was a little over 5 weeks since I completed this rep scheme. I managed to hit more reps in less time with a very reduced PRE, especially when I compare the HR readings.

PR hit on the last heavy ladders of the program. Next Monday, I'm going to dial back the PRE a bit in order to be fresh for next Thursday's test session with my old 5RM. I may even dial back the snatches tomorrow as well.

So i did dial back the snatches today. still achieved my max rep count. Weekly Volume is up from 372 to 384. obviously, next week is de-load and testing, so 384 is my max for the program. Week 1 gave me 230 reps. Awesome program @Geoff Neupert

DCP 2x20kg x 3 with very slow active descent
DCP 2x24kg x 2 with very slow active descent
Rest 5 minutes

TEST DCP 2x28kg x 10 PR

Holy Hell! When I tested for the program, my rep max with 2x28 was a solid 7 and a horrifically shaky 8. Today was a SOLID 10 reps I did not imagine getting this many, but it just demonstrates how effective this program is.
