Yes! Got over my mental block and completed the full TGU with the 40, which means that’s a PR for me. The size of it makes the wedging just slightly more different. There’s a cracked open dry spot on the underside of my big toe, so the lunges to/from stand hurt like no other. It almost caused a disconnect with my left shoulder.

forgot to set my alarm, so I punished myself with the shorter session be increasing the density, just in time for the kids to wake up
 
WTH effect alert!

doing some projects throughout the day and did GTG bent presses while in the basement. My previous weight I used was 24kg and managed 2 easy sets with the 32. AND no shoulder issues

not happy with the TGU with 40. Took a few attempts to roll to elbow. For whatever reason today, neither elbow wants to pull
 
Remember to press with the working leg.

Absolutely! I usually set the groove with pressing that down first because it allows me to rolling onto my elbow. Once at this point, I was having difficulty tensing the elbow to get me up. I eventually got it, but the loss of groove annoyed me!

I’m starting my transition towards switching programs. The weight for Strength Aerobics will change to prep me for clean and press and squats and I’ll reduce rest with S&S.
