Roll to elbow gets easier with every rep during TGU. Only mishap during the swings when the puppy thought it would be a great idea to get in front my left foot. I usually scare him away with the hardstyle breathing, but something caught his attention. He forgets the kettlebell safety rules as laid out by Pavel; perhaps he will need a refresher.
