I am fully aware that I skipped a progression, but with the talk test, my last swing felt just as powerful as my first. The TGU felt as stable as a rock

first day back from a week long vacation to Mexico. The gym at the resort had little for free weights so I focused on high tension exercises like this

SLDL
Elevated push ups

floating lunges
Pull ups.

Today I got back to a light S&S session:

GS 24,24, 24
SW 24x5, EMOM
TGU 24x5

Each day I’ll add a set with 32 until I’m back to where I left off.

for whoever reason, swings felt a little off. Still powerful just not right. According to the video I took, my hinge was not deep enough, so the last 2 sets were much stronger than the first 8.

This is where I’m supposed to be. It feels perfect. I’ll stay here for several weeks before progressing.
