Kettlebell Compressing Rest in S&S

At this point I am not interested in using a HR monitor, but thank you for the suggestion.
 
I have thought about this in the past and may try it out. For most days, I will keep the sets at top of the minute and slowly increase the weight used. Once a week compress the rest with the lighter bell.

So I am currently using the 20 kg for all sets. Most days slowly work in the 24. Once a week push myself to compress the rest with the 20 kg.
