hello everyone ive been i did some pttp cycles wich went very well for me for some weeks now i have been doing a pavel deadlift si gles program and today after a stressful day i couldnt resist i juste went in after my12 singles and put 350 the 400 on the bar and failed it at lockout i still have two weeks in the program did this session ruin the program for me or should i just stick to my daily singles i know its stupid thanks for your help
 
From this distance, we cannot say. If you decide to resume the program, just be alert for signs of overtraining and burnout, and stop if you're not sure. The other choice would be simply to start a new cycle or a new program, and that would be the conservative recommendation.

50 lb jump - that's kind of big.
