I spent quite a lot of time with this a year or two ago. It's pretty good and should put some muscle on you. The only thing I'd say is missing is to add in some chin ups. Overall pretty good complex :)
 
I must admit I hadn't thought of it from a muscle building perspective, but can see how it could add to meat to the bones, especially for beanpole like me! I hear you on the chin ups - at the moment I'm doing a couple of days of the cpsq and a couple of days of press ups and chin / pull ups, with swings 2-3 times a week. Did you have success with any particular set / rep scheme?

And I should have said in my first post, thank you strongfirst! There certainly is a lot of info put there on the blog that could keep most of us busy for years...
