I've never met an IPA I could drink. Would love to home brew but really don't have the time or the space. Fortunately Ontario has an embarrassment of riches when it comes to craft beer.

Where do your recipes come from? Do you do clones or just experiment?
When you buy the ingredient kit you buy the style you want there are many. You can also find clone recipes by Googleing them and there are many web site that have recipes. all you do is vary the three main ingredients malted barley, hops, and yeast.

I'm sorry, I thought you said you already did all-grain. I thought when you did all grain you needed to buy all of the ingredients separately and already know the amounts of each?
