Bodyweight Cues for Pull ups

Hi Mike. Yeah, I used to be all over those when I was in High School. They're great. Good suggestion. DIY is gonna be a bit tough for me over here. No place to secure it. I'll stick with the bar, as Steve mentioned. Thanks though.
 
...or maybe I'll start with the belt-weight progressions (as in Pavel's) with the 3RM. That'll probably grab more and swifter strength gains?

I notice most of the one-arm pulls are with a chin or parallel grip...not the pull (pronated) grip. Is there a difference?
