Hey Fellow Comrades!!

Any ideas to modify Daily Dose Deads for 3 days a week?

— A little higher percentage on 75% days?
— A few more sets on the days I lift?
— Eliminate a couple of the lighter 75% days?
— Something else?

Welcome! I agree with Steve, a different program seems better suited for you. This is a high frequency plan, dropping days is like taking a "squat every day" plan and "modifying" it for 3x a week, or taking a "one lift a day" plan and adding a second lift.

What do you like about this particular deadlift program that makes you want to do it? What is holding you back from committing to running it for 45 days? Why are you wanting to modify it for 3 days a week instead of 5?

I would be more prone to going with another 3 day a week pull program - like having A and B days where you kettlebell snatch on A days and deadlift on B Days (like how it is set up here), or having a heavy-medium-light weekly set up, but I don't know what you like about daily dose and what you're trying to achieve.

Recommendations are first to run it for 90 days as is before modifications.
If you need to modify it, I would recommend finding a different program. Above recommendations are good.

Doing a couple of sets would create a DDD/ES hybrid. Not a bad plan at all.
