1) Buy it.  2) Read it. 3) Pay attention to what he says about loaded carries.

Repeat steps 2 and 3.  I'm sure Dan won't mind if you repeat step 1 also.

  If you loved Easy Strength like me, you'll love this.  Pavel is still my favorite writer, but Dan is getting close . . .
 
I agree. It's a terrific book. I've added loaded carries to my routine and it's definitely doing some new things to make me stronger. The grip work is obvious but stability and balance literally head to toe.

First workout I used 88kb for 1 min rounds moved to 90DB next few times. Started one of the cycling routines from Deadlift Dynamite so on those days I'm only doing those two things with heavy weight.
