Looks great! I think your back looks fine. Your set-up and movement looks solid.

You might want to use the breath to pressurize a bit more. Big breath in, brace the abs/midsection, then lift.
 
@Anna C, I find the lockout less than complete. I agree his back looks fine.
Agree, good point. It looks to me like he does have pretty much full extension at the top, but always good to give it a really solid standing tall with shoulders behind the bar, legs/glutes/abs squeezed tight, then descend.
 


Do I need to arch my back more or is there too much of an arch.

I think your lifts looks good. Like Steve said, I think you could really squeeze those glutes and push the hips into the bar (no need to lean back). I think as the weight gets heavier you will want to wedge into the bar at the bottom - take all the slack out, squeeze your lats, pull until you hear that click, and then lift it.
