In the following video, I've performed two reps, using a different technique for each one - not having access to a certified barbell trainer anywhere in NZ, I'm reaching out for advice.
Which is the better form - without going into a whole lot of critique on shoulders, back, chin up etc etc, just regards to either: first rep - bent legs, or second rep - more of a straight leg option.
