Other/Mixed Difference between Relax into Stretch & Super Joints?

Hi all
Was unsure wether to post this in Other or Bodyweight, decided to post here.
I have both Super Joints and Relax into Stretch, have only loosely perused them. Can anyone me give a quick rundown on what the difference is?
I am currently doing S&S in the transition phase between 24kg and 32kg (both 1 hand swings and TGU's). Can do both drills with the 32kg but not using it exclusively yet.
Was thinking about incorporating Naked Warrior, but thought best not to mix and risk overtraining and/or impeding S&S progress.
But looking to do more, and I thought I could work on my mobility without intefering with the S&S protocol. But unsure wether to use the Relax into Stretch or Super Joints.
