Made a rack mounted wrist roller today (idea stolen from the internet, but I cant find the page).
Plastic pipe + hose clip + climbing rope and insulation tape.
Cut plastic pipe to length (hacksaw, sand edge afterwards)
Tuck climbing rope under hose clip and tighten onto pipe.
Tape over clip to cover any sharp edges.
Tie on carabiner (just about remembered how to tie a bowline from scouting days)
Slide over safety pin on power rack - (I guess it wouldn't work if you didn't have round safety pins).
Took 5 minutes and cost about £6.00, whereas the Ironmind equivalent is listed as £118 in the UK.
