Notes: I didn't consult my training log before going into my training for this week. If I had, I would have known that I just only started with the 5 rung ladder last heavy session. Instead of 2 ladders for 5 rungs, I ended up doing 3 ladders for 5 rungs (whoops). This session took a lot of energy.
Notes: I feel stupid by the fact that I didn't catch the ETK book saying you should do snatches on the light press day. I misread Day 1 as the day you do both your heavy presses then snatches. I'm rectifying that mistake starting this week.
