    Kettlebell one-handed swings (24 kg) - 10R, 10L, 10R, 10L

    Polar HR Monitor Link - HR monitor started 3.5 min before cycle computer.

    Notes: Not my best day today. I was tired and sore. I also think this cycle computer wasn't calibrated the same as other bikes I've used in the past but there's no way for me to really prove that. Oh well... I will just call this a "I showed up... what more do you want" kind of day.

    Kettlebell swings with an occasional snatch (24 kg) - (10T, 9R/1R Snatch, 9L/1L Snatch)x2 (Total of 60)

    I need to take a break from trying to consistently log my workouts. Work and home life have been busy and it's just too hard to prioritize the time just to enter my training. I am still training consistently, just not logging.
