3x5 Bridges
3x5 Halos (35 lb dumbell)

5 ladder for 3 rungs of dumbell press with 45 lb dumbell (30 presses)

10 min walk on treadmill at 3.5 miles

10x(5 Swings/5 Snatches) (24 kg). Started with right arm for 5 swings/5 snatches. Then switched to left art for 5 swings/5 snatches. Repeat...

Notes: Vacation, business travel, and life has kept me away from the gym. Today's training was tough. I can tell my conditioning has decreased. Hopefully by next week I can get back on schedule.

(5R/5L)x5 Kettlebell Cleans (24 kg) - I threw in a couple of presses to see if I could do them well. I was able to do the presses with good form on both sides.

Notes: I did something stupid yesterday during my training. My lower back (more towards the lats) are sore and very uncomfortable. I'm able to move and function throughout the day but sitting straight up and down isn't very comfortable. Surprisingly, standing and laying are fine.

Notes: My right hip was a little tight/sore coming into training today. But after everything, I must have loosened it up pretty good because it felt great afterwards and throughout the day.
