3x5 Prying Goblet Squats (16 kg)
3x5 Bridges
3x5 Halos (16 kg)

(5R/5L)x5 Kettlebell Snatches (24 kg)

2x2 TGUs (24 kg)

1x1 Kettlebell Complex (TGU to the top, drop the kettlebell into the rack, Clean/Press, Snatch, TGU down to start position) - Note: Just wanted to do something fun at the end of my training.

3x5 Prying Goblet Squats (16 kg)
3x5 Bridges
3x5 Halos (16 kg)

1 ladder for 5 rungs, 4 ladder for 4 rungs of kettlebell press with 20 kg (55 presses) - Presses were challenging after ladder number 3. I had to take a break between each rung.

It has been a very busy August with work. I'm still making time to train but not update my log.

Notes: Ran out of time and energy to complete full set. I found myself needing a lot of rest in between ladders. I had a full night of sleep last night but I still woke up tired.

Notes: Completed ROP with 20 kg bell. Time to move up, but next time I'm going to test to see how heavy bell I can press. I'll try the 32 kg bell first and see where I go from there.
