(5R/5L)x5 Kettlebell Snatches (24 kg)
2x2 TGUs (24 kg)
1x1 Kettlebell Complex (TGU to the top, drop the kettlebell into the rack, Clean/Press, Snatch, TGU down to start position) - Note: Just wanted to do something fun at the end of my training.
