I am taking a brake from s&s for a while. I get tired after 4-6 weeks.

I plan to do the following program:

Ab wheel 2-3 x 5. This isn't pushing it. I can do this with good form tension whatever.

Pull-ups 1-2 x 5 through the day. I'm not good at pull-ups. I lost my right biceps tendon. I m only handicapped on movements like pull-ups and curls, otherwise average strong guy.

Walking and jogging on hills I concentrate on self limiting breathing and stuff.

I thought I'd write this out and maybe stick to it for a month.
