I would say 2x is not ideal, but you could cut the Friday (so keep Monday ladders and Wednesday lower-rep sets).I plan starting a cycle of DFW, but i can only lift twice a week, should I still proceed with it or look for another program?
also from my understanding, should I clean the bell every rep of the double front squat, or just one clean then proceed to do the reps?

Week 5, Day 1, you’ll see “Ladders. 1, 2, 3, 4, (5).” That means if you feel like you can do a set, or sets of 5, then do so. If you don’t think you can, then don’t.
