I've decided to throw this exercise into my rotation. I had no idea of where I was with this lift since many Falls have past since I've done this lift. Quite pleased to see my One Arm Barbell Snatch and High Pulls have some instant carryover. I think in several months 150lbs+ may be in the cards, but we'll just have to play it by ear and no sweat the details much. Just going to have fun and train and let the good times roll.
