Barbell Easy Strength and S@S

Hi all

new to the forums- looking forward to networking and sharing ideas.

Looking into combining S/S with Easy Strength - ES is 5 days a week; doing S/S in the morning 4-5 days a week and ES in the afternoon/evening 4-5 days a week would be great but may be too much. 3 days of each may work too.

Anyone else try combining these? I like to maintain strength and muscle mass but don't want to neglect cardio ( ie doing strength only for 8 weeks and no cardio etc).

I have been doing hypertrophy focus - want to switch/focus on strength. Easy strength fits my schedule nicely. I am adding some alactic training after each daily routine or doing 4 minutes of Tabata prior. Both work nice.
