Kettlebell ETK vs SS

I just recently started the Enter the Kettlebell RKC Minimum program, and I am through week 2 right now. But then I saw the SS book.

My concern is getting in shape, and I think ETK is a good solid plan, but my question is which program would be better to run through first?
 
Common answer here will be to do S&S till you get to SIMPLE(32kg) and then you could work on the Rite of Passage part of the ROP. S&S has replaced for the most part the old Program Minimum from ETK.
