Thought peeps may find this podcast interesting;

It's Daniel Lieberman an evolutionary biologist some maybe aware of from born to run and his research into feet and running.
Here he talks about exercise through an evolutionary lens....why, what's the point?
A lot of issues that come up often. Worth your ears. A new book forthcoming....

I've read an earlier book of his, "Story of the Human Body".
He very much seems to be on the steady state side of the evolutionary argument compared to the interval crowd.

I have his new book, "Exercised" on hold at the library. Looking forward to reading it. Thanks for posting this podcast!

EDIT: @ali check the link? I got a dead end

Oh. Dunno why shared link from stitched.
It's on science rules podcast, how to outrun a horse....if you have other apps...

Shared link again bit it looks the same as the last one. No idea why it doesn't work.

@wespom9 ...yes this podcast is material from 'exercised' , his new book.
He clears up some issues about barefoot running.....worth a listen....if you can!
