What would be the difference if overall volume was kept the same of thirty minutes of kettlebell swings in a single session opposed to three ten minute sessions paced evenly throughout the day?
 
The former will feel more challenging, the latter will allow you more overall force output and better quality reps

I've had good results with both. The second allowed me more weight. If you manage to train without warm up, give it a try!
