Is this all that its hyped up to be? And why or why not?

I like it. High fiber, high protein to calorie ratio, all works together to keep you fuller longer.
And since it is frozen it doesn’t mold as quickly.

Got some. $6/loaf. It was a knock-off brand but I got the general idea. Plan to try it with a sandwich this evening.

One reason why: No sugar. Jewish Rye bread is another great no* sugar option.

Update: I had gotten a loaf a few months ago. Would not want to eat it without toasting it. I mainly used it for when I fry up a mess of eggs and want something to mop the yokes up with. One slice will do it. Its quite dense!

I couldn’t finish the loaf I bought.

To my taste, it was only edible when toasted and slathered with 2x butter.
