As per every other year I drop off programs and do what I like thorugh thw month of December. This month I have done Jerks, HIT, Dan John Challenges and this week I sampled the fatigue cycling programme from Pavel's Beyond Bodybuilding book. Its very tough and I would imagine 4 weeks on it would be tough. Has anyone uses it and if so what were your results.
