That's not much variation in volume. I would use the Delta 20 principle.

Your week would look more like this:

The wave is supposed to be intensity within the week. Day 1 is a bunch of doubles. Day 2 triples. Day 3 quads. Always starting with a max set of 6, then moving on. The delta 20 for volume is week to week. I like playing around with waving more than just volume.

Just wanted to throw another option into the mix for anyone else reading and one i quite like the sound of.

I just read al kavadlos article on aiming for a rep goal say 25 over as many sets as it takes, when you get them increase the rep goal
