I'm not on here much but I found some old programs I wrote so I figured that I would share.
The push-up plans were inspired by the original fighter pull-up program but after testing out this stuff with dozens of people, the numbers had to be modified. This was especially true as the rep numbers increased.
Essential strength is an e-book I wrote about 7 years ago. I haven't read this is ages so if its terrible, please forgive me.
