We all know the Fighter Pull-up Program and many of us used it to gain some serious strength, but my question is, is there an alternative version of the program with Push-ups?
To my knowledge there isn't anything like the FPP for push ups. However, the hit the deck program and others from naked warrior are effective for push ups.
Mike Perry at Skill of Strength was doing some experiments with this at one point. I’ve heard him talk about it, but I don’t know if he ever wrote anything down.
