Other/Mixed Figure 8's

alright, so I was playing around with some weights the other day and came up with a great workout. So grab a weight, I'd go a little heavier but not too heavy. Hold it at waiste height, and start moving it in a figure 8 motion. As the weight moves, make sure your belly button is facing the center at all times. As you twist, start leaning back (still making figure 8's) and then slowly lean forward. Keep doing this for a pre-determined amount of time, take a break, then repeat. All done.

P.s.
I know I'm probably not the FIRST to think of this but I've never heard of it anywhere else and it's a killer core and forearm/grip strength workout.
