Bodyweight Finger joint swelling

Anyone ever experience swollen sore finger joints from doing pull ups?
Just to be clear....I'm doing Q&D Snatch protcol 3xs per week. On off days I'm doing the Russian Army pull up protocol as well as an Overspeed golf swing speed protocol.
About a week ago, after 3 weeks of this particular schedule, the finger joints on my left hand became so swollen and sore that pull ups and swinging a golf club became impossible. My wedding ring doesn't get close to going over the joint. Can still do snatches with no issues however.
I've been told it's bursitis or arthritis. Tried ice, heat, CDB oil, NSAIDS and it gets slighly better, but after hitting a large bucket of golf balls I'm right back to square one.
So...any ideas other than "too bad, stop doing pull ups and playing golf"? Any stretching or otherwise protocol? I could click the handles on an Ironmind #2 10 consecutive times before...now I'm down to 4-5 with a #1 before it becomes too painful.
