I don't think fingertip PUs are a substitute to true extensor work with rubber bands. No matter how much you tense your lats on OAPUs, I still think rows and pull ups are necessary. Same here.
I only ever saw Paul Wade recommend them in CC2. I'll take Pavel advice over Wade's literally any day. Just my 2 cents hehe.
