If you are getting a gram of omega3s (combined DHA/EPA) every day, that is a pretty good dose. You might want to look into turmeric supplementation too. It does wonders for my mom's arthritis. Look for one with ginger and black pepper in it too. Adding more fish oil on top of 1g is going to have diminishing returns.
also all the usual stuff, make sure you aren't taking old fish oil, buy from a quality source, etc. Once it oxidizes it pretty much reverses the anti-inflammatory effect you are trying to get from it.
