SWIM : 2.5km mix freestyle, breaststroke, drill.

RUN : C25K WK3D3

40kg squat 3 x 8
Chinups 10kg added 3 x 8
OHP 40kg 3 x 8
 
WEEK 5 DAY 4

SWIM : 1km freestyle, 1km breaststroke, 500m drill/cooldown

Finally did an after work swim!
