Hello All,

Three days a week I do Flexible Steel's Escape your Fighting Stance Program. Seven days a week I do joint circles, walking, goblet squats and other mobility drills.

My Questions
  1. Is the Escape your Fighting Stance program considered stretching, mobility or a combination of both?
  2. Is more extensive stretching recommended on top of practicing the Escape your Fighting Stance plan?
I'm not looking to be super bendy or anything. Just enough stretching to ensure I move well and injury free. Nothing hurts or feels dysfunctional now but I've read it's better to build the habit of stretching before you need to stretch because of injury or dysfunction.

Thank you to All, Adam Mundorf
