Anyone else have this book? I have been working with it for two weeks and I can feel the difference it is making and can see it as well. I do the standing series one day, the frog series the next. Repeat and rinse. Highly recommended.
 
It's really good program, covers most of stuff that is in the book. But I recommend to read the book anyway - standing mobility drills are staples in my morning routine.

The more mobility drills you do, the better. Flexible steel remains one of the references related to a "minimalistic mobility and flexibility book" for everyday purpose. Lifting heavy without being supple is a pity, and almost uselss.
