Hey all, I had an FM S screen done and I cannot reach the gentleman who did it. i was told I had a shoulder imbalance.

I was told to fix the imbalance first, however, I never got the exercises to do so.

What exercises could handle the situation? Left was a 1, right a 2.

Yes, I was emailed the screen and it was inputted into the fms website but I didn't get any correction exercises from him.

I emailed him for them and he never responded.

I'm hoping some generous soul here can give me a couple exercises/stretches.

Shoulder mobility is a complex test, hard to give generalized advice without seeing the test and doing some test/ retest work. Was the screen done in person? Keep calling the trainer, maybe contact FMS as well if it was put in there system. If nothing comes from the effort you can email me @ zganska@me.com and I'll be happy to discuss an online option if that's your best option.

I do like the following drills from Mike Perry, again I can't say with any certainty they would be optimal without seeing you screen:

I would contact FMS via their web site and ask for assistance reaching the person you worked with. Maybe your emails are going into their spam folder ...
