Hey Guys,
Has anyone taken the FMS/StrongFirst course of Foundational Strength and can give any insight or reviews?
Currently work as a Personal Trainer and have my FMS Level 1 and SFG 1. I live in Southern California so trying to decide if traveling to Seattle is worthwhile or attend FMS 2 in Phoenix.
