Entry 1.1

I did Original Strength in morning.
Then later I did I did another round of Original Strength and eight rounds of ten Swings with the thirty-six kilo bell.

Later I may go for a walk in the snow.

I did three rounds of Pull-ups, three rounds of Leg Raises, and three rounds of Push-ups.

I may still take that walk later.
 
Entry 1.2

I did Original Strength in the morning.
Then later I did three rounds of Hanging, two rounds of Armbars, three rounds of Getups, and three rounds of Windmills.

Later I'll do another round or two of Original Strength and a Yoga session.

I did Original Strength in morning.
Then later I did another round of Original Strength and five rounds of Hanging, three rounds of Pull-ups, two rounds of Leg Raises, and three rounds of Push-ups.
