Hello, this is my first real go at OAPU. I chose and easy elevation to try and get my form right before slowly adding volume and difficulty. This video is from my last set from 5 sets of 3 reps. Any tips welcome. Sorry about the undies...

 
Yeah, looks great, very SFB :) It's harder than it looks, isn't it? Good tension.

First rep was just a hair shallow. 2nd better, 3rd was good. Looking for elbow just above top of shoulder if plane was horizontal.
 
Solid.. and looking strong. Tip would be to Move your Hand down just a tad to get virtual forearm for even stronger press. Keep up there great work!

Good catch, I always forget to look for that!

Yes, hand placement a little lower so that at the bottom of the press, forearm is perpendicular to the wood plank, which would correspond to vertical if you were on the floor... give it a try @Benjamin Renaud.
