Add some more tension to your hinge position (feel tight and loaded), and add explosivenss to the upswing. Make the bell move FAST!
With these tweaks you'll get a lot more out of it and be ready to move more weight. It looks really solid otherwise.
Small adjustment on the set-up -- start with the kettlebell a bit farther away, tip it towards you so that it forms a straight line with your arms to the ground, pack your shoulders hard to draw it in tighter... then hike.
