Read in Simple and Sinister that Pavel does not recommended forward bending stretches after exercise. Can anyone elaborate on reasons ? Thanks in advance
This is just my theory, so don't rely on this. But during a deadlift, you should never round your back (to prevent spinal damage). After a series of deadlifts, your muscles are sore and vulnerable, and leaning forward would probably cause pain.
