I spent my weekend reflecting on my training goals: the conclusion was that I lack some basic strength and I need to stick to basics before implementing advanced movements.
So, my new training goals are gaining some solid strength on basic bodyweight movements: Pull Ups + Dips and training again the king of Barbell lifts, the Deadlift. Now I want:
- working to 20/25 consecutive Pull Ups and 25/30 consecutive Dips (using Recon Ron program)
- working to a 160kg Deadlift
