    End of the 5th Step, overall a good week...but i’m not completely happy with the groove of my reps...so, next week i’ll repeat the 5th step (even if I nailed all the reps) to reinforce technique

    Other impressions: I chose these 3 exercises to gain strength in my upper body and for the freedom to train everywhere...I use a 1.30 minute of rest between sets and I feel my muscles really working! Maybe next week i’ll Bump rest time to 2 minutes

    Fried...a lot of work to do on my Archer Push Ups, my right arm is too bent...next week i’ll focus on technique

    Best combo, no doubt, this will be my exercises selection for a long time....still a lot of work to do on rings and overall technique but i’ll keep training hard!

    Rings are the best training tool i’ve ever tried, Pull Ups felt so much better on shoulders/elbows/wrists...i decreased volume a bit because I felt a little tired because of a bad flu
