Not a title/publication I see discussed on here much. It is inexpensive to purchase pre owned so was wondering if it was worth picking up a copy? I'm sure any exercises could be just as good for a male? Are there programs in it?
I've never heard of that title and had to look it up. I don't know if it's because I've never looked up female programs, but it's definitely not talked about much. Might be worth picking it up just to see if there are any nuggets in it.
